How long does each session last?
Each session lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on what we will be working on within that specific session.
Where do you train?
We train at outdoor parks, or within a private training studio located off La Brea and Santa Monica Blvd., near the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We can also come to your home depending on your location.
Do you offer group training?
We offer small group training sessions, for groups of 2 to 5 people, for a smaller rate per person. Please contact us directly to inquire about small group rates.
Do you offer package rates?
We offer packages of 10 or 20 sessions at once, with a higher discount for larger packages.
Do I have to have prior knowledge or experience to work with you?
We have training clients of both low and high experience levels, so we can work with you no matter what your stats point is, or end goals are. No initial experience is necessary.
What if I dont live in the Los Angeles area, can I still train with you?
We offer custom online training programs that are specifically tailored to your schedule, goals, injuries, etc., and can still train you even if you live outside of the area. Please check out our pricing page for more information on custom programs, or contact us directly with questions.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a reason comes up where you have to cancel a session, please do so within 24hrs of our scheduled training time, or we will have to charge for that session.
