Please make sure you have access to a gym if you sign up for this program. Program includes 6 weeks of gym based workouts, with progressive increases in intensity, strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Workouts will take approximately 45 min to an hour to complete each day.

Also included is a nutritional overview guide to help you figure out how many calories you should be eating, what types of foods to eat, when to eat, etc. (no set custom meal plan will be included)
