How long does each session last?
Each session lasts approximately 50 to 60 minutes, depending on what we will be working on within that specific session.
Where do you train?
We train at a private training studio located off La Brea and Santa Monica Blvd., near the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This is a trainer/client only studio, and it is not open to the general public. There is no additional fee or membership required for you while you are here with a trainer.
We also offer outdoor training at local parks in the Los Angeles area, and have our own equipment to use, or we can travel to your home depending on your location.
Do you offer group training?
We offer small group training sessions, for groups of 2 to 4 people, for a smaller rate per person. Please check the "Personal Training Rates" page or contact us directly to inquire about small group rates.
Do you offer package rates?
We offer packages of 10 sessions at once, at a small discount
Do I have to have prior knowledge or experience to work with you?
We have worked with clients of all experience and activity levels, so your current level of activity does not matter. All we require is a positive attitude and commitment to your goals to make sure you get the results you want.
What if I don't live in the Los Angeles area, can I still train with you?
We offer custom online training programs that are specifically tailored to your schedule, goals, injuries, etc., and can still train you even if you live outside of the area. Please check out our pricing page for more information on custom programs, or contact us directly with questions.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a reason comes up where you have to cancel a session, please do so within 24hrs of our scheduled training time, or we do charge for that session (unless cancellation is due to an emergency situation).
