I've always been a firm believer in continuously building up my knowledge so that I can deliver the best possible guidance and commitment to my clients. As someone who has experienced the hardships of being obese, I find it much easier to understand my clients and therefore use techniques more appropriate for each persons situation.
I know each individual is different and has different needs in terms of the most suitable approach to training. I tailor each program to the specific clients needs, goals, and schedule to make sure every factor that could possibly hold you back from achieving your ideal look and feel, is eliminated!
I build individual training programs and make sure clients are sticking to both the exercise and nutrition aspect of whatever their goals may be. I educate my clients to make sure they develop a foundation for an overall healthy lifestyle, as opposed to a 3 month workout that delivers no results and does not allow them to create the right habits.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients for the past 5 years. My clients have ranged from professional dancers and musicians, to actors and producers, as well as amateur athletes and bodybuilders.

Fitness and health have always been a passion of mine; I have been an athlete my entire life, and played all types of sports throughout my early school years. After high-school, when I dropped athletics and every type of physical activity, to focus on school and work, I quickly gained about 15 pounds in less than a year. That was a wake up call for me, and I quickly redeveloped habits of healthy eating and physical exercises.
Once I got back in the gym, there was no looking back. I fell in love with working out and seeing my body change for the better; I was driven by the results I got. As more and more people began asking me for advice, I began educating myself in every way possible to learn as much as I can about overall health, fitness, and nutrition. I realize that the more I know, the more I can help people who want to commit to changing their life and need some guidance and structure with regards to their overall health and wellness.
Over the past few years, I have worked with clients of all ages, both men and women alike. I customize all workouts to fit each person's specific schedule, areas of focus, and desired goals in order to reach what I like to call your fitness ideal -a level of health and fitness you have always envisioned for yourself.
