Day by Day Workout Routines
- Custom made weight-training and cardio program designed specifically for your focus, body type, schedule and goals - all injuries and limitations are taken into account, and the program is created to eliminate any excuses that would hold you back from achieving ideal results
- Weekly check ins and progress updates (required for accountability) -minimum 1 scheduled phone call per week
- Anytime support available via e-mail, phone call or text message
Nutritional Guide Set-up with custom made meal plan (included in training program)
- Nutritional plan guidance (General outline to help you learn proper nutrition and structure your meal plans based on your goals- suggested for best results)
- Customized macronutrient/calories (determined based on height, weight & level of physical activity)

All programs are based on your specific schedule and goals. You provide us with the areas you want to target, the goal for your overall physique and level of wellness, amount of time available to workout, primary goal and focus, injuries, etc., and your workout and nutrition overview will be customized to fit those individual specifications. THIS IS NOT YOUR STANDARD COOKIE CUTTER PROGRAM. Our programs are based on functional exercise and nutrition, meaning we customize them to fit your lifestyle ie., if you only have 45 minutes a day, 4 days a week, your training program will be made to fit that time frame. We know what small steps towards your overall goal are much more likely to be maintained long term; no exhausting and crazy workout sessions lasting hours on end, no crash starvation diets - just the right approach towards achieving both a great looking body and a strong and healthy mind.
