I would like to express the most sincere gratitude to Alina; she has given me the tools, accountability and care that I needed to attain, go beyond and surpass my goals. 
Before I meet Alina I was just going around in circles, fluctuating in weight and very unhappy with low self-esteem. She patiently helped through the tough and rough patches and really cared about my situation. She accommodated my schedule and actually listened to my fears and concerns. I didn’t feel like just another number, but friend that I could trust and confide in. She helped me more then she knows… 
The training was also very personalized, diverse and challenging (in a good way) she honestly cared about my progress and somehow she always knew when to check up on me.
I signed up for 12 weeks and I was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I am now 135 pounds 15% body fat. In less than four months I lost 21pounds and 13% body fat. I have learned to take care of myself, keep my training and nutrition in check. She did not only provide me with a personal training schedule and nutrition plan, most importantly she helped me change my mentality and attitude towards my goals. I can’t thank her enough! She is truly the best personal trainer and life coach! With her help and encouragement I have earned my self-respect and I have earned my confidence back; something that I had been missing for years.

I embarked on this journey 11 months ago. Waking up one day and realizing that I didn’t recognize the person I saw in the mirror. 62 pounds down, 9 months later I knew I wasn’t done. I wanted to reach my goal, be fit and learn to love fitness. So I found Alina. In the last few months, I have found myself being able to do things I didn’t think physically possible for me. As a kid I was always smaller. I never put on weight no matter the amount of food I ate. It did not strike me as a problem until I came to the conclusion of two things: I no longer wanted to be scrawny and I wanted to pack on lean muscle mass. I have been training with Alina for 3 months now, in this short period of time, I'm shocked by how much I've increased my strength and endurance (... and the 20 pounds I've lost is a really nice bonus too!!) Even when I'm feeling miserable doing whatever new torture she is making me do - I get through it. I consider myself relatively healthy. I eat right (most of the time) and exercised regularly. I maintain a healthy weight but was not entirely happy with the way I look. I wanted to be toned and lean. This is where Alina comes into the picture. We used to work together so naturally we get along great. I met Pat through Alina. Their fitness plans and advice have helped me overcome my fear of lifting weights (I didn't want to get bulk!). I have always been athletic and before my pregnancy had weighted 129 pounds , i gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy and was unable to lose the last 18 pounds. When i started to train with Alina i was able to lose 15 pounds in last 5 months and have been able to regain and improve my strength, endurance and my running speed. Alina is the most motivating and encouraging trainers I've ever has. Being a college football player and having my share of trainers Alina is at the top! She wants the best for her clients and won't stop at that. Once your program is over she will continue to check in with you and make sure you're keeping your goals. Aside from being some of the hardest working and nicest people I have ever met, Pat and Alina helped me get on track with a diet and workout regiment that I can now manage/maintain on my own. I have been working with Alina for a few months now. She is truly dedicated to making you feel good about yourself. It's not a let's get skinny program, it's a let's make a life change and feel good about yourself program. I had been running and going to the gym for years but I was looking for something different that was affordable and worked with my schedule.  Fitfean not only does both of these things but also makes me accountable for my own fitness.  I've been working with Alina for 3 months and in that short amount of time I am leaner, stronger, and overall feeling the healthiest I have in years.  I lost 10 pounds in the first month alone and continue to lose more every week!  The workouts are challenging and I am able to do them at anytime during the day which is very helpful with my work schedule.  I have done a lot of fitness programs over the years and I think what makes Fitfean different from the rest are the trainers.  They are encouraging and challenging.  They are always checking in on me and they will always respond to any questions, challenges, or frustrations I am having.  Alina always seems to know when I'm thinking about feeling lazy or eating a humungous pile of French fries because all of a sudden I'll get a text from her asking if I'm staying on track with my diet/excercise.  I don't know how she does it, she is magic!  I had planned to just get a jump start on my exercise routine with just 1 month of training but now I am addicted and getting ready to start my 4th month and I have to say it is all because of the excellent trainers at Fitfean - Shelly
