Semi Private Training

Small groups of 2 to 3 people train at the same time each session.  The starting fitness level of all individuals is very similar, making it easy for each person to get through every workout.  Semi private sessions typically include strength & circuit training, core & flexibility, injury rehabilitation (when necessary), plyometrics, and aerobic conditioning.  Alina also works with each individual on nutritional planning, goal setting, and consistent accountability to make sure you progressively transform your body, increase energy levels, and achieve your ideal level of heath and fitness.
