I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Los Angeles, specializing in helping women 40+ navigate the physical changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
My coaching is rooted in science-based training and nutrition principles designed to help women rebuild strength, support metabolism, and improve body composition during a stage of life when many feel like nothing is working anymore.
I create personalized training and nutrition strategies tailored to each client’s lifestyle, goals, and physiology. While results like fat loss and muscle gain are important, I take a holistic approach to coaching by paying close attention to key biofeedback markers such as energy levels, performance, digestion, mood, sleep, and even libido. These signals give us valuable insight into how your body is responding so we can make strategic adjustments along the way.
For many women, their 40s and 50s bring hormonal shifts that require a different approach to fitness and nutrition than what may have worked in their 20s or 30s. My goal is to help clients understand their bodies, train more intelligently, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health, strength, and confidence.
Ultimately, my coaching isn’t about quick fixes or extreme programs. It’s about helping women feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies for the long term.
